B-VITAL Kft. is a commercial enterprise. Our main activity is the confection, sale, storage and delivery of materials required for cargo securing and unit packaging.

The industrial and logistics sectors are highly dependent on time- and cost-effective solutions, while maintaining the safety of the shipment.

Our goal is to provide all our partners with complete, therefore time- and cost-effective solutions in the field of transport packaging, keeping in mind the safe delivery of the product to its destination.

We are committed to continuous development and modernization, keeping an eye on environmental protection aspects as well. We assemble manual stretch films to the size desired by the customer with the help of our own slitting rewinder machines.

MACROPERFORATED STRETCH FILMS

The foil, which enables perfect ventilation of the products:
– Stretchable macroperforated stretch film
– Pre-stretched macroperforated stretch film
Area of use: Recommended for packaging products that require ventilation after packaging, such as vegetables, fruits, and live flowers. In addition, they all help the hot-packaged products to lose temperature faster, while the holes greatly help to remove the steam generated during the process. The holes have been specially designed so that the ventilation capacity of the film is maintained even during packaging overlapping.

Thanks to the fibre reinforcement of the film, it also provides security for heavy loads. It is available in manual and machine versions, suitable also for laminating machines without pretension or using up to 300% (micro perforated) pretension.

MACHINE STRETCH FILM MANUFACTURED WITH NANO TECHNOLOGY

The NANO stretch film is a film cast in 33 layers, which has excellent tensile strength properties and an above-average breaking value. A revolutionary new extrusion technique and state-of-the-art resins are used for production, in order to achieve maximum strength and performance. The perfect choice for high-volume, continuous packaging at maximum speed.
Main features:
- excellent transparency - this feature allows labels to be quickly identified without having to cut the packaging covering of the pallet
– it can also be used at high speed of the lamination machine, which reduces the time required to wrap the pallet
- due to the unique properties of the film, less film is required for optimal packaging, which can reduce the amount used by up to 50%
- the product is environmentally friendly, as its use reduces the amount of waste generated

SHRINK FILM, SHRINK HOOD

It is suitable for the packaging of all kind of products with unit packaging or fixed on a pallet, which we want to fasten to each other in a heat tunnel or with the help of a hot air blower.

CORRUGATED CARDBOARD ROLLS AND SEPARATION SHEET

Corrugated cardboard can be used widely as packaging material (roll) to protect goods, ideal for separation and surface protection.

A perfect solution for securing shipments, stacks, and bundling objects.

FIBER MACHINE FILM

Area of use: Specifically recommended for packaging products that challenge traditional foils, e.g. they have sharp parts that easily cut and puncture the foil, weakening its holding power.
Advantages:
– especially suitable for heavy loads
– extreme tear resistance
– exceptionally effective holding power
- maximum reliability - does not break, even during packaging
– recommended for all types of packaging machines, including high-performance machines (300%)

RIGID STRETCH FILM

The excellent substitute for hard/rigid films with thin wall thickness made with NANO technology for the thicker standard foil.
Main features:
Ridig fóliák Available in manual and machine versions, 10 my / 12 my / 15my thickness.

AIR BUBBLE FILM

Most often used puncture resistant packaging to protect impact-sensitive or fragile products.
The size of the film kept on the permanent pallet stock is 1200mm x 150m, the thickness is 40my.

ZIP BAG

The resealable PE zip bags, thanks to their very wide range of sizes, satisfy all packaging needs.
Wide selection of sizes, also in coloured and printed designs.

PAPER EDGE PROTECTOR

The primary task of edge protectors is to resist pressure from outside the packaging. It protects the product from indentation and damage during stretching and strapping.
The edge protectors are made of biodegradable recycled paper material using pressed technology.
We can provide the following sizes from our permanent stock - the sizes are in mm (length - shaft - shaft - thickness)
We can also manufacture edge protectors in other sizes to meet the needs of our customers, with a turnaround time of 8-10 days.
Size selection: from 35 x 35 x 2 mm up to 100 x 100 x 6 mm.
